guys i also gotta know.. are Lane and Amelia suppose to be brother and sister? like am i just taking it the wrong way cause when we see her in hallway we are like 'the same smirk she got from her brother'. and Lane talks about his sister alot too so. i acc cant tell and feel kinda dumb lol

I like it so far, character's stories are well drawn out and not just focused solely on appearence, the bg and visuals are very appealing, love it. But.. how the mc just forgets he doesn't care if they wants him or not? implying he'll get her whether she likes it or not?? I mean maybe it's for dubcon people but idk man. Perharps it's just me but I'd be at least a little scared of that guy, already a red flag in my book for saying that. Seems like he meant it. but both are soo... The misogyny might have got to me lol. Anyways besides that awesome game. 10/10, would play again.
hey guys i recently just played this and i cant seem to get the cg or scene of riding the motorbike with biker boy. can someone help me out or is it not in the demo yet?
it is unlocked, i'm pretty sure to unlock it you have to avoid Lane's call or text near the end of shift 1 to avoid the date. If not, a way to unlock it for sure is to refuse giving your number, take the water bottle, go to bed, ignore the call, and just chose options leaning towards biker boy.
I love this game and I've been waiting for shift 3, still not out but the wait is worth it, it's genuinely one of the only visual novels I enjoy :DD
i js started playin this game few months ago on some random night out of boredom and i do NOT REGRET BEIN AWAKE. i love this game, the plot, the chars, soosooso much!! i love readin theories for shift 3 on tumblr which adds SOSOOSOO much of my excitement. with much love nd kisses, tysm for creatin such a beautifully written VN!! โกโก

Love your game cant wait for shift 3! btw was playing through the game and realised BBs birthday is November 8th (which makes him a Scorpio) and Lane had stated he's terrified of Scorpios love those little details.
I mean its pretty self-explanatory, doesn't take a genius to guess it.
literally the game straight up says โyouโre a woman working the night shiftโ and idk it kinda makes me happy. Like thereโs so many games that are either neutral or clearly made with men in mind, so having something thatโs just for women for once feels nice tbh. Also the game has a lot of stuff about what it was like being a woman in 2009. Gender neutral stuff wasnโt really a thing back then and the dialogue just wouldnโt make any sense if the mc was a guy.

No, and it's not even clear if the update will come out in April (I mean, I know what she wrote on Tumblr, but… if she suddenly decides to add a bit more BB content at the very end and delay the update, who am I to complain? XD) Spar0w mentioned those late March dates only as a rough estimate, as she pointed out in her post back then. Right now she's working on the game, and since we have no idea about the complexity or scope of the work, let's just be happy she's really working on the game and wait patiently so she doesn't have to rush and can make everything high quality (and not burn out herself)

i think about this game everyday. holy shit. the level of detail and effort put into this visual novel is INSAAAAANEEEE and somehow SOMEHOW i keep finding more details??? the more i play / look through the itch.io page (especially after the page was updated with the new pics from shift 3) speaking of which I AM SO SO SOOOOOO EXCITED FOR SHIFT 3 !!!!!!!! i get giddy seeing updates on the dev's tumblr blog, i am floored in awe at just how much time and thought was put into this passion project!!! the art is GORGEOUSSS, the characters are all so charming and intriguing (BB is adorable in his good route but in the other routes he is.....scary; and with lane, he's that crass worker that i disliked while playing BB's route but then i played his route and? somehow? i? BEGAN TO LOVE HIM??? HUH??? HOW??? the writing in this game is just, WOW. genuinely incredible. this whole VN is a work of art and i feel like we're so lucky to have this VN available to us for free. thank you laly for everything that you're doing for this project and sharing your talent with us!!! :D
I think about it everyday too. I recently made a tumblr just to follow updates on Shift 3. I wish I could listen to the ambience of this game on repeat. This game has a nostalgic feeling to it and the characters hit so close to home. The art style is immaculate!!!
